LawnSmith provides residential and commercial lawn care services, including but not limited to mowing, landscaping, fertilization, weed control, seasonal cleanups, and related outdoor services. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information and allow reasonable access to your property for scheduled work.

 

2. Consent to Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, service request forms, or other consent methods, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from LawnSmith.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

 

3. Types of Messages You May Receive

Depending on your interaction with us, you may receive:

Customers and Property Owners

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders

  • Crew arrival notifications

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties or unsafe conditions

 

7. Payments and Billing

Customers agree to pay for services rendered according to agreed pricing. Late payments may result in service interruptions. Billing-related communications may be sent via SMS if you have opted in.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal information, including your mobile number, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

 

9. Message Delivery Disclaimer

SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

10. Supported Carriers

Our messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers; however, delivery is not guaranteed across all networks.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service delays, weather impacts, or message delivery failures.
